Valley Fair Dining Terrace is located in San Jose in an upscale shopping center featuring premium luxury brands. The Dining Terrace needed to offer an experience that would appeal to the upscale shopper. The tenant mix had some higher end offerings, such as a lobster eatery and a wine bar, but some of the brands are typical fast-casual eateries that many food courts would offer. The challenge was to bring the design level up for those brands and also establish a criteria so all of the tenants would feel cohesive and in harmony. Natalie designed each space with a focus on the individual branding of the tenant, and also an eye towards the over all dining court experience.
