Welcome to N.O. Studio. We specialize in residential, retail and restaurant design. From conceptual planning all the way through to finishing touches, we can help with any and all phases of your project.
Natalie got to our plans late and still managed to fix a huge problem in our kitchen and get me a pantry, powder room and closet in basically no space. I wouldn’t recommend someone unless they were really awesome. And Natalie really is. She is a spacial genius and has the most amazing taste. She’s also excellent at bossing contractors around and making sure you get the best.

Natalie figured out how to convert my garage into an ADU and retain total privacy for my home. The ADU has been great income for me. It has it's own dedicated outdoor space that I didn't think could be done.

The client wanted an upscale rental property to replace his 100 year old vacant garage. We converted it into an ADU with all the bells and whistles: full kitchen, washer and dryer, modern bathroom, walk-in closet, and private outdoor space. It's a great source of passive income and adds property value.

This 1950's tract home n RPV was taken down to the studs, redemised, and had a 550 SF addition. An infinity edge pool, spa, and all new landscaping were also added to the renovation. The design concept was to create an upscale, modern aesthetic while keeping a relaxed, warm environment.
Season 17 Episode 3 ' A Reno With No End In Sight'.
In this episode, I remodel a kitchen for Evan and Emily. She had a color palette in mind, muted navy with white. But we still wanted to maintain the original Mediterranean style of the home. We ended up with an spanish encaustic tile in navy and white with a clean, moorish geometric pattern. (Check out the windows at the red keep in GOT for something similar). A very durable, natural stone, quartzite, has veining in a complementary tone of navy with gray and cream tones as a background. We were able to achieve the look and feel she wanted without losing any functionality or storage space.

This project included a schematic design for a RFP competition at PDX. A beloved local brand gets a fresh face for a terminal remodel.
Project and Images produced during previous employment
This gorgeous Manhattan Beach property was built in the early 90's and has a dated exterior. The clients had a vision in mind and I am helping them to design an updated look with their budget and resale value in mind.
